Ondo is acquiring Oasis Pro, a U.S.-licensed broker-dealer with key approvals to run an ATS (Alternative Trading System) and act as a transfer agent. It gives Ondo the ability to legally issue and trade tokenized securities like U.S. Treasuries, ETFs, and potentially stocks, all on-chain, under U.S. law.
