M&A szn continues in full strength as Coinbase acquires the leadership team from Opyn, CEO Andrew Leone and its Head of Research, Joe Clark, who will now join the Onchain Markets team. Opyn was one of a few DeFi projects the CFTC went after in 2023 for its permissionless sqETH product, which they eventually settled.
