Japan’s Metaplanet plans to raise ¥130.3B ($881M) via an international share sale, using ¥123.8B to buy Bitcoin this fall and ¥6.5B for BTC financial ops. It already holds 18,991 BTC worth about ¥314.6B as of Aug. 25.
