Promote with Leviathan NewsTL;DR: OPEN wants to overhaul how its stablecoin index works by replacing subjective governance decisions with quantitative, rules-based criteria. A new OPEN Universe whitelist will separate which tokens qualify from how the index is weighted. The index itself will shift from simple equal-weighting to a data-driven model based on liquidity, project efficiency (TVL/FDV), and growth. Governance still votes, but decisions become more predictable, transparent, and resistant to manipulation. Goal: a more credible, scalable, and attack-resistant onchain index.
