Grayscale files third amended HYPE ETF S-1, targeting Nasdaq listing under HYPG

Grayscale filed Amendment No. 3 to its HYPE ETF S-1 on May 22, with the trust targeting a Nasdaq listing under HYPG and planning to rename as the Grayscale Hyperliquid Staking ETF before launch. The product would hold HYPE directly, allow 10,000-share creation/redemption baskets in HYPE or cash, and include staking rewards only if its staking condition is satisfied. It is still a preliminary prospectus, so there is no SEC approval or trading start yet.
