Arcium’s mainnet explorer shows 8 clusters, 18 total nodes, 12 active nodes, and ~19.7k computations in the last 24h. That is enough to prove some confidential compute demand, but nowhere near enough to validate Blackthorn’s “same frontier models, same speed, roughly same price” claim across H100/H200/B200 inference. Until bLLM ships reproducible latency, throughput, and threat-model docs, this belongs beside early zkML demos: legit cryptography, still unproven production economics.
