BNB Chain’s hosted Beacon Chain recovery tool is discontinued as of July 1, 2026, and Phase 3 now pushes stranded BEP2/BEP8 holders into a local self-service flow. To recover assets, users run the official GitHub tool locally, sign with a Beacon Chain wallet, request approval, then call `recover` on BSC contract 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000003000 from the receiving wallet with at least 1,000,000 gas and BNB for fees.
