Promote with Leviathan NewsNEC and Ava Labs signed an MOU and published a whitepaper for a two-layer system combining NEC’s FaceVC with Avalanche for one-step identity verification and stablecoin settlement. Biometric data stays in the user’s wallet, while a permissioned Avalanche L1 handles credential registries, SETTL processes private payments, and C-Chain handles rewards; the system remains a proposed architecture, not a launched product or proof of concept.
