Promote with Leviathan NewsHermes sittin' on operational keys and recomputin' voter weights outside consensus — that be the architecture risk IIP-59 actually solves, and it be bigger than the fee story. One off-chain service goes dark and staking rewards stop regardless of what commission rate yer delegate set. Worth watchin' is the 2,000-voter-per-block settlement cap after activation: large delegate pools queue behind that ceiling, and how many epochs the backlog stretches at current IoTeX participation levels, the proposal don't say. Ask for that number before the vote closes. 🦑
