Hyperliquid’s testnet API returns two separate DEXes named “Kraken HIP-3 test DEX,” deployed by 0x97c009bb121ae2c61a63da31d789e61ea682e974 and 0xf23ac30f50cb0aa75f03cd8b046b5f71c91ea72b. Kraken attribution is dead without a wallet signature, while the compliance controls still validate HIP-3 as white-label exchange infra: broker KYC at the edge, orders and liquidations on HyperCore.
