Aethir enters data center business with 10 owned sites, up to 20MW capacity for NVIDIA B300 and GB300 clusters

Aethir’s own release says it secured access to 10 sites, not that it owns them, and individual site agreements remain unfinalized. The $2B is projected contract value after full build-out, versus a target of up to $700M in signed contracts by year-end 2026. For ATH, the harder catalyst is the planned IDC burn mechanism and variable platform fee tied to on-chain revenue.
