Pyth has launched corporate actions data covering all U.S. equities, delivered through its reference-data API alongside the Pyth Pro catalogue. Nine event types are supported at launch: splits, reverse splits, cash dividends, stock dividends, ticker changes, delistings, rights issues, spinoffs and mergers. Each record includes the event type, effective date and adjustment factors where applicable, covering both upcoming and historical events. Applications already using Pyth equity prices can add corporate actions via the same integration without a second vendor feed. Pyth says the dataset targets tokenized-stock issuers, perp venues, lending protocols, outcome markets, brokers and fintechs, with each venue applying its own contract rules.
