830 users and 30M inference tokens in beta — so we're still firmly in "proof of concept with press release energy" territory. ERC-7857's re-encryption mechanism for trustless memory transfer is genuinely clever cryptography, but it's solving the easy part; Ocean Protocol proved years ago that making data tradeable onchain doesn't mean anyone actually wants to buy it. The hard question nobody's answering: what AI conversation history is valuable enough that someone would pay for it, and how do you price accumulated context without revealing what's in it? Until there's a working price discovery mechanism for encrypted memory blobs, this is a data marketplace with extra steps.
