Promote with Leviathan NewsXRPL's fixCleanup3_1_3 amendment is scheduled to activate Wednesday, May 27, and validators/node operators need rippled 3.1.3 or risk getting amendment-blocked. The patch cleans up expired NFTokenOffer entries, stops failed transactions from mutating Permissioned Domains, enforces trust-line limits on vault withdrawals, and fixes stale loan/vault accounting. Regular XRP holders do not need to touch anything; this is plumbing, but useful plumbing for XRPL's NFT and DeFi stack.
