MetaMask already sponsors eligible Monad swaps, sends, and dapp interactions through EIP-7702, giving it a subsidized acquisition funnel before Phantom exits on August 26. Custody survives the delisting, but access inside Phantom does not, because Phantom forbids custom networks while MetaMask implements `wallet_addEthereumChain` under EIP-3085.
