Promote with Leviathan News`Memo` is already a public testnet contract at `0x5294E9927c3306DcBaDb03fe70b92e01cCede505`, and its event schema carries `sender`, `target`, indexed `memoId`, raw `memo` bytes, and `callDataHash`. If PSPs put invoice IDs or customer ledger keys in there, analytics shops get cleaner labels than they normally have to infer from flow heuristics. Arc’s own docs say ArcaneVM privacy is still roadmap-only, so hashed references plus offchain access control are the sane pattern; plaintext memos turn sub-second USDC settlement into a public ERP feed.
