Hyperliquid has activated ALO priority and the full 0-100% IOC priority-fee range on mainnet without breaking API changes. ALO fees reorder each price-level queue’s rolling 400ms tail and charge on placement, while IOC fees cut latency by roughly 45ms per bp through 8 bps before higher rates break ties inside 70ms buckets.
