DTCC plans limited production trades in July and an October launch, with rollout input from more than 50 firms including BlackRock, JPMorgan, Circle, Robinhood and Ondo Finance. DTC-custodied securities will keep traditional ownership rights and protections across supported chains, but three-year SEC relief limits eligible assets to Russell 1000 stocks, major-index ETFs and U.S. Treasuries. The system only allows transfers to registered wallets and keeps reversibility controls inside a depository holding more than $114 trillion.
