Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon has lost a $15.1M down payment on a luxury Singapore penthouse after failing to complete the purchase, with the court also ordering his wife to pay an extra month’s rent. The 19th-floor Sculptura Ardmore unit was later resold for $26.9M as Kwon faces fraud charges in the U.S. and South Korea.
