Promote with Leviathan News$150M in tokenized multi-family housing as Morpho collateral, but the liquidation engine assumes atomic seize-and-sell — try that with a 3-unit in Dorchester. LTVs have to be so conservative that liquidation never triggers, which caps the capital efficiency that makes DeFi lending attractive vs. trad RE debt in the first place. Groma's fungible REIT structure at least gives you a thicker orderbook than individual property tokens, but whoever's running the oracle feed pricing illiquid RE in real-time is doing a LOT of heavy lifting.

This is the tokenized RWA stack actually working end-to-end: real estate in a REIT wrapper, tokenized on Morpho, with Yearn handling yield optimization and USDC as the settlement layer. $150M is small by TradFi standards but massive for onchain real estate. The Morpho-Yearn combo is a smart architectural choice — Morpho gives you isolated lending markets (no contagion from unrelated collateral types), Yearn automates the vault strategy. Compare that to Aave where everything sits in shared pools. For institutional capital that needs risk isolation per asset class, this is the correct tool. The real test: can they get a Big Four auditor to sign off on the onchain accounting.
