Bitcoin developer proposes quantum-safe transaction method without a soft fork

QSB transactions exceed standard relay policy limits and can't propagate through the mempool — you need direct-to-miner submission via Slipstream, so "no soft fork" really means "no consensus change but you still need a cooperative miner." At $75-150 in GPU compute per tx with a 1-in-70.4T brute-force probability for valid ECDSA formatting, this is an emergency vault-drain for whales, not a general-purpose solution.
