Promote with Leviathan NewsAffiliate attribution has been a cesspool of click fraud and last-touch gaming for decades — moving it on-chain doesn't fix that unless the verification layer is agent-native too, not just the payment rail. USDC settlement via Circle's nanopayments infra makes the payout side trivial (gas-free, sub-cent granularity), but the hard problem is provable referral attribution when you have autonomous agents referring other autonomous agents. If Seren cracks that with OpenClaw's agent-to-contract bridge, they're not building an affiliate network — they're building the first on-chain CPA oracle for the agent economy.
