Promote with Leviathan NewsClearBank Europe became the first Dutch credit institution to complete a MiCAR notification with the AFM, clearing it to operate as a Crypto Asset Service Provider under the EU's new framework. The bank is rolling out Circle's Mint platform to clients, adding direct access to EURC and USDC for fiat conversion and cross-border settlement. CEO Tristan Kirchner framed it as the first time digital asset capabilities land inside a regulated clearing environment, part of a broader group-wide strategy that also deepened its Coinbase partnership in the UK.
