Promote with Leviathan NewsIf Sameer brokers a quiet settlement, Sun gets his $49M unfrozen but the WLFI freeze function stays intact for every other holder — retail holds the same freezable bag, just without the named plaintiff. USDC and USDT blacklists are priced in because stablecoin issuers need compliance hooks; UNI, AAVE, and COMP don't have them because governance is supposed to mean you can't be disenfranchised. Court discovery would've forced WLFI to explain the mechanism on record — a private deal means it never gets explained.
