Upshift launches Clear vaults to front USDC for instant redemptions on Superstate's $267M USCC

Upshift is partnering with Superstate to launch Upshift Clear, a redemption layer that lets tokenized RWA holders get USDC instantly while the issuer-side redemption runs through NAV, custody, and banking rails in the background. The first integration is Superstate's $267M Crypto Carry Fund (USCC), which Bitwise is taking over as investment manager; LPs deposit USDC into Clear vaults, receive clrRWA receipt tokens, and earn fees from the redemption premium.
