Ripple leading $1B SPAC raise to launch largest XRP treasury vehicle yet, will seed it with own holdings

Ripple is leading a $1B+ SPAC raise to spin up the largest XRP treasury vehicle to date, per Bloomberg, and plans to seed it with some of its own 4.74B XRP stack (~$11B at current prices, with another 35.9B sitting in escrow). That dwarfs VivoPower's $121M XRP treasury from earlier this month. Terms are still being hammered out, and the launch lands as digital asset treasury stocks have been getting crushed despite a strong 2025.
