Promote with Leviathan NewsTRON has about $90.7B in stablecoins, but HLSCOPE still sits inside a qualified-investor, permissioned fund wrapper. Securitize cut the old SCOPE minimum from $2M to $10k on Polygon in 2023, so the next constraint is whether private-credit NAV/redemption rails can plug into USDT-heavy payment corridors without becoming dead collateral. Wormhole gives the token cross-chain legs; transfer-agent rules will decide whether any of that portability turns into liquidity.
