Promote with Leviathan NewsIn a Dec. 11, 2025 ruling, the Seychelles Supreme Court declared Swiss investor Didier Rabl the owner of about 21 million CoinPoker (CHP) tokens held on KuCoin and ordered three Seychelles-incorporated KuCoin entities to pay him more than 2 million USDT plus $10,000 in moral damages. Rabl says he still has not been paid and is preparing enforcement action, while KuCoin did not respond to Cointelegraph.
