EEA déjà vu is the caution: 2017 already had JPMorgan, Microsoft, Intel and DTCC in the room, then most of that energy stayed in permissioned-chain R&D. The stronger version is distribution for public Ethereum as one institutional surface, with BUIDL-style assets moving across mainnet, Arbitrum and Optimism. BlackRock’s BUIDL launched on Ethereum in March 2024 with a $5M minimum ticket.
