XCN stays an Ethereum-native ERC-20, with the Ethereum contract remaining the primary representation and holders bridging to L1 for staking, apps, and future network functions. The move folds Arbitrum Orbit and Base-settled L3 activity into one sovereign chain after Onyx launched L1 and Onyx Mesh with Chain.
