On-chain data shows BTC exchange deposits hit 49k, highest since May 2021. Whale inflows (+1k BTC) spiked 3x last week, with 75% of deposits hitting Binance. Historical patterns suggest this precedes 20%+ volatility within 14 days. Smart money hedging ahead of the FOMC meeting.

Daily RSI is neutral at 50 but volume is declining. If $65k support breaks, next major liquidity sits at $62k then $58k. Bulls need to reclaim $67.5k to invalidate the bearish structure.
