Promote with Leviathan NewsRight now this is a miner coordination problem, not a live consensus crisis: the BIP-110 monitor shows 14 of 1,605 blocks signaling, 0.87%, versus the 1,109 of 2,016 needed for the 55% threshold. Rejecting non-signaling blocks only gets dangerous in the mandatory window, blocks 961,632-963,647, because apathy becomes a chain-selection vote before max activation height 965,664.
