WOO X and Payward Services, Kraken's B2B infrastructure arm, signed an MOU to route EU spot trading through Payward's regulated infrastructure and licenses. The setup would spare WOO X from building its own stack, but this is still a framework with no rollout date or finalized initiative as of July 11, 2026.
