THORChain resumes swaps on 11 blockchains after 3.21.1 update, but 14 nodes still need to upgrade

Swaps are live again on eleven networks: AVAX, BASE, BCH, BTC, DOGE, ETH, LTC, RUNE, TRON, XRPL and ZEC, while ATOM, BSC and SOL remain halted. Fourteen active nodes have yet to install the 3.21.1 update, and the network says all nodes must upgrade to resolve performance issues with swapping. The update also moves THORChain one step closer to launching Monero support, according to the project's announcement.
