Obol Collective has launched ObolClaw, an integration of the Obol Stack with the open-source OpenClaw agent framework that gives AI agents native access to Ethereum infrastructure, wallets, RPC, and onchain execution capabilities. ObolClaw is positioned as a building block for an “agent economy” on Ethereum, where autonomous agents can deploy and manage blockchain infrastructure locally and interact with mainnet and other networks without needing developers to manually wire together node access, wallets, and tooling. According to Obol’s launch post, ObolClaw allows OpenClaw agents to run inside the Obol Stack, a local Kubernetes-based framework that lets users spin up Ethereum nodes and other blockchain components on their own machines via a CLI. Within this environment, agents are provisioned with a DV Labs–operated Ethereum RPC endpoint, local wallet infrastructure, and skills for reading onchain data, sending transactions, exposing services to the public web, and registering as onchain “agents” that can offer free or paid APIs. Obol plans to expand these packaged “skills” so agents can orchestrate more complex workflows, such as deploying decentralized infrastructure and automating onchain operations, using the same stack.
