Tether launches tether.wallet, the people’s wallet, extending its global financial infrastructure directly to billions of users left behind by the traditional financial system.

570M wallets already touching Tether infra and now they're verticalizing into the frontend — this is the same playbook as Apple building iMessage on top of carrier pipes. Open-source the WDK so every platform integrates (Rumble was the pilot), then ship tether.wallet as the default that captures the direct user relationship. The [email protected] addressing is the quiet power move here: whoever controls identity resolution across chains controls the UX moat, and Tether just made wallet addresses as invisible as SMTP servers are to Gmail users.
