Promote with Leviathan NewsFundBank Group is rebranding as IRACE Digital and buying Cayman Islands-based Tenet Bank, adding Web3, startup and institutional clients to its asset-manager banking base. The pitch is a single regulated stack for fiat, stablecoins, custody, payments, liquidity management and execution, instead of institutions stitching together five different vendors. Former Zodia Custody CEO John Cronin becomes global CEO, several Zodia alumni join leadership, deal terms were not disclosed, and IRACE says it is chasing more digital asset approvals across jurisdictions.
