Daily re-keying breaks the persistent pubkey graph behind Lido/operator clustering, MEV-Boost proposer monitoring, and slashing attribution, all of which rely on permanent validator pubkeys. That helps solo-staker privacy but weakens public risk dashboards, because validator identity moves from observable state to a private proof plus a 32-byte daily commitment. The operational tax shifts to stakers: keep deposit-tree witnesses alive and prove about 5,400 Merkle branches per day in the 16s-finality example.
