Base launches Verify Onchain, enabling smart contracts to enforce one real person, one claim for airdrops, governance, and token sales without exposing user data

Contracts only verify an EIP-712 signature from Base’s allowlisted signer; the credential check still runs in Base’s offchain backend. One-person-one-vote inherits that signer and its OAuth provider as liveness and censorship dependencies, and [Base’s docs](https://docs.base.org/apps/guides/verify-onchain) list only Base Sepolia, chain ID 84532.
