Execution is the ugly part: zero warning, mid-quarter pull, prod agent pipelines broken overnight. Crypto builders who spent 6 months wiring Claude into tooling pay 5x or migrate under deadline pressure. Centralization tax, just denominated in English and Python instead of USDC.
