The build targets Q3 2026 go-live in a U.S. Tier 3 data center, with Axe expecting roughly $21M of quarterly revenue once monthly billing starts. For $ATH, the angle is that April's DePIN GPU deal has moved from PR into funded buildout; the hard part is still getting the cluster live on schedule.
