SEC Crypto Task Force staff met representatives of Hyperliquid Policy Center, XYZ and Sullivan & Cromwell on July 14 to discuss crypto-asset regulation and a document on Hyperliquid’s technology, markets and ecosystem participants. Those three groups and Hyperliquid Labs requested the meeting; the letter describes Hyperliquid Labs as a software contributor and XYZ as a research and product lab plus HIP-3 deployer for traditional-asset perpetuals. Proposed attendees included Jake Chervinsky, Jeff Yan and Collins Belton.
