Promote with Leviathan NewsPhilippine SEC gave BlockShoals final approval to test financial products under its Stratbox sandbox, opening selected crypto services for Philippine users through Binance. BlockShoals gets a 90-day systems integration window before user onboarding can start, subject to safeguards and regulatory oversight. The approval sits with BlockShoals, while the named global CASP partner is Binance.
